Over 50% of recent graduates are unemployed or underemployed. Many are taking paid or unpaid internships for one to two years after graduation, unable to transition into full-time work.

Although the journey to full-time employment can be rocky and discouraging, it’s certainly not impossible. So what are the other 50% of grads getting right?
